Terms & Conditions

  • I have the right to decline any offer, for any reason.

  • Extremely complex designs may be subject to additional fees.

  • Orders below $50usd, payment is required in full upfront.

  • Orders over $50usd, half the payment is required upfront. The rest must be paid before receiving the final product.

  • Art will not be started until the first payment is received.

  • Once completed, minor edits are free. Any major changes will require an additional fee.

  • You may request to see progress shots throughout the process, and may request major changes through the sketch stage for free.

Refunds

  • If the art has not been started, you may get a full refund.

  • If the art has been started, but not yet fully coloured, you may get a partial refund and the most recently completed stage of the drawing.

  • Once the art has been fully coloured you may not ask for a refund.
